	Get CPQ Quote Details (1.0.0) is renamed to Retrieve Follow-Up Quote Details from SAP CPQ (1.0.1)

In addition the source schema has been updated for Create Follow-Up Quote in SAP CPQ from Opportunity (1.0.1)
